聚酯混纺面料回收技术再次取得重大突破 Breakthrough in Poly/Cotton Blends Recycling

聚酯纤维和棉在全球服装纤维材料市场占主导地位,总使用量占服装纤维的近8成。而涤棉混纺面料也是当前服装纺织行业最常使用的面料,总体量在每年千万吨以上。

继成功突破并放大涤氨混纺面料回收技术后,青岛阿脒诺在涤棉混纺面料回收的技术开发中也取得了重大进展,顺利完成公斤级涤棉混纺样品的分离回收。在低温常压的温和反应条件下,从700克的涤棉混纺衣物(55%聚酯纤维,45%棉)中,成功回收出312.3克纯棉,回收率达99.15%。而低温常压的温和反应条件也使回收的棉保持了非常好的原始结构和理化性状。此项技术突破为含棉混纺织物的再生回收提供了新的可能性。

青岛阿脒诺后续将在建设全球首座涤氨混纺面料回收再生示范工厂的同时,对涤棉混纺面料回收技术进行进一步优化并放大。以期尽快实现涤棉混纺织物的产业化和规模化,为服装时尚行业实现低碳可持续发展继续添砖加瓦。


Amino has recently achieved significant breakthrough in poly/cotton blends recycling. In the kg-level testing experiment, we have successfully separated and recycled 312.3g pure cotton from 700g poly/cotton blend garments (55% polyester and 45% elastane), achieving a cotton recycling rate of >99%. More importantly, the structure and physiochemical properties of cotton is also well preserved, thanks to the very mild reaction condition under low temperature and pressure. This can provide more options for the direct utilization of the recycled cotton.


Amino will continue to optimize the poly/cotton recycling process and further scale it up, along with the current scale-up phase of world’s first post-consume poly/elastane pilot plant.
